aiiii........................dah dekat 3 minggu aku jalani sesi menguruskan badan....kihkihkih.....aku nk kurus balik cam dlu2 zaman matrik.....aku jogging kat tasik cyber...best gak la...tak ramai sgt org....kalo jog kat putrajaya sllunye ramai org....so aku n sue malas r nk g tmpt ramai org.....dgr cam jauh kan????hehehe....ade aku kesah....bukan nek kete aku pon....dah ada org nk bwk aku.....sape lg kalo bukan sue...... pas jog je kitorg men pingpong plak.....adeyhhh!!!!!aku dah ketagih men pingpong pas jog.......heheheeheh.....best woooo.....skill aku yg dah lme terpendam di keluarkan balik.......hahahaahah....tak sabar nk tunggu hari aku kembali terer......wahahahaahaha....... pas men ping pong plak,ktorg g mkn kat kedai mamak.....hahahaha....aku mkn roti naan je....sue mkn naan cheese......mcm mne nk kurus kalo cmtu.....ye dak?????heheheh.....klaka lol......so bg korg yg nk kuruskan badan gak,jgn ikut cara aku ek???hahahaha
okeh la korg.....aku tak tau nk citer pasal ap lg.....emmmmm
